Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare services, products, and procedures via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to patients and healthcare professionals regarding services and protocols.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance claims.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate exceptional service delivery.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and policies to provide up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the healthcare sector, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in dealing with patient inquiries.
• Ability to communicate complex healthcare information clearly and effectively.
