Job Summary
As an R & M Transportation Services Delivery Driver, you will operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages to and from residential and business customers, ensuring timely and professional service. This role involves direct customer interaction, safe driving, and efficient handling of packages while adhering to FedEx standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or seasonal, depending on location and demand.

- Drive company-provided vehicles (e.g., vans or step vans) to deliver and pick up packages along assigned routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including obtaining signatures, answering inquiries, and resolving delivery issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and traffic laws to ensure safe vehicle operation.
- Complete delivery logs, scan packages, and maintain accurate records using handheld devices (e.g., scanners or iPads with navigation).
- Inspect and maintain vehicles, reporting any issues to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Organize and prioritize deliveries to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

- Familiarity with GPS navigation and delivery scanning technology.
Other | - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical exam.
- Reliable transportation to the work site (company vehicles provided for routes).
