A well-established healthcare organization in Haakon County, SD is looking for a Primary Care Physician for their outpatient clinic.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Flexible, 4-day work week 8a-5p (possibility to do ER coverage shifts for extra income)
• 100% outpatient
• FM will see all ages/IM will see ages 18+
• Will see 15-25 PPD
• Very limited on-Call 
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians
• Proximity to the Black Hills, Badlands, five national parks, and Mount Rushmore for all kinds of outdoor recreation
• No state income tax + cost of living more than 25% below national average
• 90 miles to Rapid City and Pierre
