Partner Program Coordinator – Temp-to-Hire

A local organization in the Springfield area is seeking a full-time Partner Program Coordinator to lead and grow its partnership initiatives. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a competitive pay rate of $26.44/hour.

Requirements for the Partner Program Coordinator:

Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in event planning, partner relations, or program coordination is preferred. 

Responsibilities of the Partner Program Coordinator:
Oversee and expand the organization’s partnership program, including relationships with industry suppliers. 

Design and implement activities that engage partners and encourage long-term participation. 

Collaborate with internal teams to organize regional events such as roundtables, workshops, and networking sessions. Support marketing efforts by creating content, assisting with communications, and promoting events. 

Manage event logistics including site selection, budgeting, and coordination of details. Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure smooth execution of programs. 

Provide professional and supportive service to members, partners, and colleagues.
