To qualify for the Sales and Customer Associate role, you need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.

  • A confident, goal-oriented personality with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

  • High level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic.

  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • Prior experience as a Sales and Customer Associate or a relevant customer-facing role is highly desirable.

  • A quick learner with a genuine interest in the wireless technology landscape.

  • Resourcefulness in troubleshooting customer issues and finding viable solutions.

The Sales and Customer Associate will be responsible for:


  • Engaging with customers in a retail or event setting to enthusiastically present and sell a full range of AT&T wireless products and services.

  • Actively seeking out sales opportunities by generating leads and following up on customer inquiries regarding AT&T wireless plans and devices.

  • Conducting compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of the latest AT&T smartphones, tablets, and connected devices.

  • Efficiently processing new account activations, upgrades, and service changes with meticulous accuracy.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Providing exceptional post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining an expert-level understanding of all competitor offerings to better position AT&T's value proposition.
