$20 per hour
Primary Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm including evenings and weekends as necessary for resident events

The Heritage at Brentwood is looking for a full-time hospitality-focused Community Life Services Coordinator to assist with programming activities for our residential senior living community. Job Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and technical support to Community Life Services team, including but not limited to, content creation and editing, data processing, audio/visual technology functions, and assistance with varied senior resident activities and educational programs
• Assists with activity calendar, monthly newsletter, in-house function sheets, event sign-ups, group trips and outings
• Assists with accounting forms, purchases and inventory, and tracking of monthly budget
• Coordinates information provided on in-house television channels and resident apps
• Experience in senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred
• Computer and technology skills required
• Audio/Visual, Content Creator & Publisher/Canva User desired
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work flexible schedule to meet needs of resident activity calendar
