DG2GO Team Member - Part-time

Educations & Qualifications:                        Must be at least 15 years of age, provide excellent customer service, successfully work independently and as part of a team. Starting rate of pay is $11.00 an hour.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare and serve food according to company policies and procedures.
• Accurately take customer orders while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper food presentation and food quality.
• Work independently or as a team at various food stations.
• Clean stockrooms, kitchen equipment, and preparation areas according to food service procedures.  
• Operate a cash register and make correct change.
• Rotate and label all food for proper storage according to food service procedures.  
• Operate restaurant equipment as permitted by child labor laws:
•  Equipment includes POS register, pizza oven, dough roller, pizza cutter, warmers, and telephone.
• Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines when preparing and cooking food.
• Follow proper hand washing techniques.
• Use all personal protective equipment to include hat, gloves, etc. per company procedures and guidelines.
• Complete food safety training annually.

• Must work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, cold, snow, and ice.

• 15-year-olds are limited to register, prepping pizzas and hoagies, and transporting food to and from buildings.

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain and protect employee, customer, consumer, company and vendor confidentiality.
• Report to and from work at assigned time.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Must be honest and reliable.
• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.  
• Adhere to dress code policy.
