Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
Perform mental math for accurate billing.
