Full-Time Merchandiser – South Bend and Surrounding Areas

Starting at $17/hour + Mileage Reimbursement ($0.70/mile)

We’re looking for a motivated Full-Time Merchandiser to support our retail accounts in South Bend and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Merchandise and stock products at local grocery stores
• Build and replenish displays by moving product from the backroom to the sales floor
• Lift and move products weighing 50–160 lbs. (with or without a hand truck)
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and two-wheel hand carts
• Travel to various account locations in all weather and traffic conditions
• The weekly schedule consists of four workdays between Monday and Friday, in addition to either Saturday or Sunday. Shifts start at 7:30 a.m.
• Work holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (due to product type)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Good driving record
• Willingness to work Saturdays or Sundays, holidays as needed
• Ability to pass post-offer screenings, including:
  • Background check
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Essential functions screen (if applicable)
  • Drug screening
• Prior retail or stocking experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, squatting, and climbing
