Position Summary:
As a Medical Assistant at MyCare 365, you’ll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You’ll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up care
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider delegation
- Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexibility in work schedule to cover absences, vacations, and holidays
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
