Maintenance Technician-2nd Shift

Job Title: Maintenance Technician-2nd Shift Location: Lancaster, PA Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite Hours: Mon-Thur 3pm-1:30am Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position An employee in this position is responsible for providing preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installation of new equipment, support process improvement as directed by the Manager, Maintenance. Major Functions: 1. Safety 2. Baseline knowledge of following: Electrical Hydraulics Pneumatics Vacuum HVAC Plumbing Carpentry Welding Painting Snow Removal 3. Preventative Maintenance 4. Repair maintenance (machinery and building) 5. New Equipment/Modifications 6. Support Process Improvement and Engineering projects 7. Requires On-call duty Qualifications High school diploma, plus specialized training, certification. or a two-year degree 2-5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and making innovative connections. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations.
