Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
