As a FLEX Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations by covering shifts across various sites throughout the Bay Area. This position offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to work in both armed and unarmed assignments depending on your credentials.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain open availability to cover a variety of shifts as needed within a 12-hour timeframe.

• Respond quickly to last-minute coverage requests or pre-scheduled assignments.

• Travel safely and efficiently between sites within your assigned area.

• Provide professional security presence and maintain high standards of customer service and conduct.

• Adapt to different post requirements and environments seamlessly.

• Support our company’s mission to ensure “No Shift Goes Uncovered.”

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (required).

• Firearm Permit (required for armed assignments).

• TWIC Card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential)

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle).

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to adapt quickly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
