Job Description\nAmerican Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT(R)(CT) certification and at least one year of recent CT experience for a high-volume, patient-centered environment.
\n \n Responsibilities\n- Work in a 182-bed teaching hospital with Trauma Level IV designation
- Serve patients across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas with a variety of diagnoses
- Use Siemens and GE CT imaging equipment
- Document patient care using Epic EMR
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekend rotation and on-call requirements may apply, details discussed during interview
- No floating to other departments is required
- Holiday coverage includes working 75% of holidays
- Schedule cycles every 4 weeks
- Work in a high-volume department with a team-focused, patient-centered culture
- Support available from nursing and transport staff
- Orientation includes online courses (NEO) and 3-5 days of departmental training
- Black scrubs are required
- Free parking provided
- All skills and procedures specific to modality are discussed during the interview
- Manager approval required for requested time off
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- ARRT(R)(CT) certification and current BLS required
- Photo ID required for compliance
- Must meet a radius rule: permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
