Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform various clerical work such as: filing, straightening, organizing of paperwork. (Career & Self Development)
Clean and organize the study table areas. (Professionalism & Teamwork)
Answer the telephone and direct calls as necessary. (Professionalism & Communication)
Type documents, run errands, and photocopy as directed.(Communication & Professionalism)
Create visually attractive fliers and promotional material as needed. (Career & Self Development)
Take initiative to suggest and develop ways to promote the ARC. (Career & Self Development)
Manage, run, and promote the ARC Instagram page.(Equity & Inclusion, Leadership & Communication)

Qualifications

Major in Marketing or CMMA preferred
Current USF student in good standing
Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
Experience in Customer Service a plus!
