Warehouse Operator - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking Warehouse Operators.  Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees.  

Responsibilities for Warehouse Operators

•  Forklift experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive box truck.
• Ability to drive fork lift.
• Locate and move raw materials from the warehouse to staging area.
• Weigh finished goods.
• Charge electric forklifts when not in use.
• Clean and maintain forklift as needed.
• Always maintain a neat and organized warehouse for raw material storage.
• Unload raw materials from truck upon arrival. Locate material in designated warehouse area by supplier and yarn type.
• Load finished goods onto truck for shipment.
• Correctly label inventory after unloading.
• Correctly scan in and transfer inventory as needed.
• Maintain bin locations to accurately locate when needed.
• Conduct cycle counts as needed.
•  Correctly identify, understand and follow visual aids that are in your assigned work area. 
• Pack out material. 
•  Follow safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when and where required, notifying Lead Personnel and/or Direct Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications for Warehouse Operator

 ***Must have clean driving record

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Material Handler experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience - preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Understanding of inventory and plant processes
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
