Job Description
FSY Interview Team Member (Seasonal)
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as FSY Office Support Specialists. These roles will be focused on providing comprehensive support within the FSY office, contributing to the success of our programs, and aligning with our organizational objective. This is a ¾-time, in-office position (up to 28 hours per week) with semi-flexible hours, primarily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Employment dates may vary due to the seasonal nature of the program.
Note: This is a part-time 28 hour/week position.
What you’ll do in this position:
- Assist with the logistical arrangements for FSY programs held on the BYU campus, including Scheduling, Dining, and Audio Visual.
- Assist in facilitating the hiring and assignment processes of seasonal staff, including conducting interviews and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Support the production and distribution of materials for staff and participants across all FSY sessions.
- Assist in handling accommodation requests and respond to inquiries from participants, parents, and staff.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for FSY staff and participants.
- Assist in other office related projects as assigned.
What qualifies you for this role:
Required
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
- Associates degree or 1 year of related work experience.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of work-related experience
- Previous work in an FSY or EFY leadership position or similar equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to conduct a professional interview both in-person as well as over zoom.

Pay Grade: 47
Typical Starting Pay: $18.50 - $23.25
