Hellas, Inc., the #1 sports construction company in North America, is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Tradeshow Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of tradeshows, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives across the central region of the United States. This role is based at our headquarters in Cedar Park, TX, with regional travel required for events and sponsorship activations.
Headquartered in Cedar Park, TX, Hellas is proud to be the largest sports construction contractor in the U.S. Specializing in the construction of sports facilities and synthetic surfaces, we manage all aspects of our business in-house, including artificial turf manufacturing, base construction, and the installation and maintenance of fields, tracks, and tennis courts. We pride ourselves on being a fully integrated sports construction company, which allows us to control every part of the process - from marketing and sales to project management, quality control, and warranties.
The Marketing & Tradeshow Manager is responsible for elevating Hellas’ brand presence, generating leads, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing, high-impact tradeshows, sponsorship activations, and promotional campaigns. This role ensures seamless event execution, strong industry relationships, and measurable results from all marketing efforts.
Tradeshows & Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of tradeshows and promotional events, including logistics, booth design, shipping, and onsite presentation.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to prepare schedules, materials, and client engagement opportunities.
- Develop event-specific marketing campaigns, including pre- and post-show outreach.
- Track event performance, evaluate ROI, and secure booth space for future participation.
Sponsorships
- Manage all sponsorship contracts (excluding NFL partnerships), ensuring proper servicing, follow-up, and reporting.
- Maintain and update the sponsorship database, including contact information, contract details, and support history.
- Identify and recommend new sponsorship opportunities to enhance Hellas’ market presence.
Marketing Support
- Oversee marketing initiatives tied to tradeshows and events, including advertising, digital campaigns, and media placement.
- Manage Hellas’ social media engagement around events, including content creation, coordination, and audience interaction.
- Coordinate targeted email campaigns to promote Hellas’ presence at industry events and generate qualified leads.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms and touchpoints.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in event management, tradeshow coordination, or marketing.
- Proven success managing large-scale tradeshows, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); CRM/marketing automation experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for tradeshows, events, and onsite support.
