Location: Juneau, Alaska

Pay: $32.87 – $51.14/hour

As an Outpatient Clinician, you’ll help clients build stability, independence, and meaningful lives through direct therapy, crisis response, and integrated care coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Support clients with daily living and psychosocial skill-building
• Offer crisis response services and participate in an on-call rotation, as needed
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and housing partners to support client goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active licensure or ability to obtain within 5 years
• Valid driver’s license & CPR/AED certification (we’ll help with the CPR certification if needed)

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Salary placement is based on relevant work experience and education.
