As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with our customers and contribute to the success of their entertainment ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking customers over the phone, email, and chat to provide information about entertainment services and offerings.
• Assist clients in planning and booking entertainment options tailored to their needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the entertainment team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality experiences.
• Gather client feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in our service offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
