We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards our guests expect. This is an exciting opportunity with a prominent Detroit based restaurant group. Desire restaurant opening experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all front-of-house operations with a focus on service excellence
• Hire, train, and mentor FOH staff to ensure professionalism and consistency
• Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction, retention, and feedback goals
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and back-of-house team for smooth daily service
• Manage labor and operating costs, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Represent the brand with integrity and serve as the face of the restaurant to guests, vendors, and the local community

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Proven track record of leading high-performing hospitality teams
• In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverage programs
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L, budgeting, and labor management
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Warm, gracious, and service-oriented personality
