Job Description
The Bilingual Operations Coordinator ensures seamless delivery of services across multiple client sites while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients. The coordinator will supervise team leads, manage operational processes, and act as the primary point of contact for client needs. Strong organizational skills, quick problem-solving, and adaptability are essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who can assist with on-site tasks when necessary.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update client work orders and service documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team leads across assigned locations.
  • Oversee daily performance of staff, including monitoring attendance, enforcing company policies, and addressing employee concerns..
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, ensure compliance with standards, and complete inspection reports.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance activities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Organize new account setups, including delivery of supplies, equipment, and onboarding/training of employees.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and building regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues promptly.
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution and enforcing policies.
  • Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks when needed.
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
