Job Highlights:

Home Daily – consistent schedules with rare overnight stays
Average Weekly Miles: 1,250
Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000

100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight
Deliveries across SC, NC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles)
Slip-seat operation in International, Freightliner, or Kenworth day cabs
Night routes start 8 PM – 11 PM for easier stocking & less traffic

Schedule & Work Details:

• 6 days worked / 34-hour restart, then 5 days worked / 2 days off (rotating schedule)

• Night shifts, weekends, and holidays included in your workweek

• Expect 1–3 routes per day, 1–3 stops per route

• On-site orientation: 1-day classroom training ($50) + 2–3 days ride-alongs ($100/day)

• Heavy freight days: Wednesday–Saturday

Pay & Bonuses:

• Average weekly gross: $1,200 (full schedule)

• Stop pay: $20 per stop

• Mileage pay or lane minimum pay (whichever is higher)

• Lane/Minimum Pay Example:

  • 0–50 mi: $41 | 51–75 mi: $48 | 76–100 mi: $64 | 101–125 mi: $74

  • 126–150 mi: $82 | 151–175 mi: $84 | 176–200 mi: $93 | 201–225 mi: $96

  • 226+ mi: Paid per mile

• Experience-Based Pay:

  • 0–11 mo: $0.45/mi

  • 12–35 mo: $0.47/mi

  • 36–59 mo: $0.50/mi

  • 60–83 mo: $0.51/mi

  • 84–119 mo: $0.52/mi

  • 10+ yrs: $0.54/mi
