Requirements:
  • 2 years CURRENT PT experience
  • Updated CAQH
  • NPI
  • Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed. Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Previous Rehab Experience
  • Previous travel experience - At least 3 mos.
  • CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
  • Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
  • This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
  • BLS (AHA)
