Title:  Associate Scientist I
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $24 to $28/hr

We are looking for an Associate Scientist I to join one of our growing Clinical Operations teams.

Job Summary:
As an Associate Scientist, you will support the development and maintenance of the Quality System by creating, analysing, and processing electronic Quality testing documents in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.
• Create and process electronic Quality testing documents in compliance with QSR, ISO 13485, and other standards.
• Initiate and verify Document Change Requests (DCRs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Support project teams to improve testing and document efficiency.
• Prepare Quality testing documents for new products and on-market updates.
• Assist in issue resolution and provide recommendations to management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices.

Experience Level:

• Experience with LIMS systems (authoring and managing test procedures).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and related medical device/IVD regulations.
