What You'll Do:

Your hands-on work helps ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Handle repairs and general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and resident apartments

• Assist with room turnovers, including light renovations, painting, drywall repair, etc.

• Move and transport furniture and equipment as needed

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained community environment

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of building systems & basic code requirements

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused
