Our factories depend on meticulous mechanics who see the whole process—not just the part. As an Industrial Equipment Reliability Millwright, you will blend diagnostic insight, precision installation, and skilled fabrication to keep production seamless across our sites in Moorhead, MN; Hillsboro, ND; and East Grand Forks, MN.

Your mission

• Own reliability tasks end-to-end: inspections, component changes, precision alignment and balancing, installations, and equipment refurbishment.
• Grasp each machine’s operating principles and role in the larger process, then tune it for peak performance.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Production so maintenance actions are timely, targeted, and effective.
• Apply advanced metal-joining skills: weld, cut, braze, and solder; perform SMAW/GMAW on carbon steel and SMAW on stainless steel.

How you qualify

• Track A: Earned a 2-year technical degree (Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Design, Machinist & Toolmaker, or related) OR completed a state-approved millwright apprenticeship (non-ACS) AND bring at least 2 years of full-time industrial millwright experience.
• Track B: Hold a High School diploma or GED AND bring 5 consecutive years of full-time industrial millwright experience.

Verification and safety

• Candidates will be required to take a millwright, welding, and basic skills test.
• Candidates will be required to submit to and successfully pass a Safety Screen that evaluates their ability to execute the duties and tasks defined for this position safely.

Rewards and rhythm

• Compensation: $33.78 - $38.31/hr
• Schedule: Dupont rotation—12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (days) and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM (nights). You must be able to work BOTH day and night schedules.
