Customer Service Representative

• The schedule is Monday - Friday, working from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Starting pay is $18/hr.
• Benefits, 401K match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round stable work.

Minimum responsibilities are:

• Answering customer calls and processingcustomer ordersfor new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice.
• Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billinginquiries and updating customer account information.
• Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.

Requirements:

• High-volumeCustomer Serviceexperience.
• Experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
