Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Location: Summit, NJ – 07901

Initial Duration - 2 months+ (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: 1 7 am – 5 pm 1 7 am – 8 pm, All schedules are variable and will include possible floating to unit and Saturdays.

Pay Range: $47.50/ hour. on W2

Job Description:

· Assist in the care of the surgical patient.

· Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.

· He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon.

· Practices Standard Precautions always.

· Maintains a safe environment in accordance with hospital polices and regulatory agencies.
