Job Description

A local manufacturing company is seeking an individual to inspect parts. You will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Duties:

Visually look at parts, about 1000 pieces per hour, for chips or burrs
Learn how to run the vision system to ensure parts are loading correctly and changing boxes when they are full
Use micrometers to measure parts
Lift up to 35 pounds and stand for periods of time

Job Qualifications:

Must have prior inspection experience
Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for periods of time
Must have a good attitude
Must be a hard-working, self-motivated, and reliable individual

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that can read or learn to read micrometers is a plus. There is the possibility of permanent hire for the right person.
