Customer Service Specialist (Onsite – Grants Pass, OR)
Office Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite (possible future hybrid option after 3 months)
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a leading global organization in the vision and healthcare industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a team-oriented office environment, and wants to build a long-term career with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional, friendly customer service by phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately using internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Learn and stay up to date on product lines and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continually improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of customer service or office experience.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM and proficiency with 10-key by touch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to quality service.
