Job Description
Youth BHT - Contract
Queen Creek, AZ
4-10'S 3 days off
$20-25/HR.
- 1st shift hours are 6:00am – 4:00pm
- 2nd shift hours are 1:00pm – 11:00pm
- 3rd shift hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am
Shift days are typically Sunday thru Wednesday, or Wednesday thru Saturday. Food services will provide one free meal a day for the employee to eat with the children (5 to 17 years of age).
The probationary period is 90 days, and the Youth BHT training is six weeks. They will have an assigned Lead Youth BHT as trainer and mentor.
The first week of orientation/training will be Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with one hour lunch break. After that, for the next 5 weeks of training, they will work at least two different shifts before their assigned shift is determined based on the needs of the program at the time.
Requirements:
Age: 21+
TB Test, CPR/BLS, and Fingerprint Clearance Card
2+ years experience working with children.
