Post-Acute Care Physician Locums Job in Southern California Locations: Long Beach, CA San Diego, CA Overview: Our client is seeking experienced and compassionate providers to join their post-acute transitional care team in Southern California. These positions focus on caring for patients recently discharged from the hospital who require additional medical support and physical therapy before returning home. The care environment is similar to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and emphasizes rehabilitation and recovery.
