Urology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM in clinic and procedure room with night call

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
• Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Not required to be on-site while providing Call Support
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: High functioning, very experienced APP
• Trauma Level: 5
• 25-30 Patients per shift
• 10 Beds
• Admissions: Required
• Rounding: Assigned, Unassigned

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology
• Active Arizona License or IMLC
• Fellowship Preferred
• ACLS
• Strong proceduralist with an active Arizona license and clean history - Preferred
