About this job

As a working student you will support the team in their mission to deliver the right training , at the right time , to the right people. You will play a crucial role in supporting our technical training process, catering to the training needs of our managers and process owners. You'll be an integral part of our multinational team, offering you valuable opportunities for learning and growth.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the team to assess and understand the training requirements of managers and contribute to the implementation of role-based training.
  • Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Monitor progress, identify trends, and address any deviations.
  • Work closely with the Information Services and SLMS Shared Services teams to process tickets and ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving ad hoc training inquiries from the business as they arise.
  • Support various projects and responsibilities within the technical training team.

What you will need:

  • You are studying in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Medical Device or a quality-related study.
  • An interest in training processes is highly beneficial
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • High level of self-organization and independence in completing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Languages: English (B2 or above) + French / German would be great

  • Duration: 12-month with min 35 hours per week
  • Paid internship: 30,50 PLN per h

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
