Certifications and Licenses Required:

- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License (Active and unrestricted)\n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)\n
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)\n
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (Optional)\n
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality emergency and urgent care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced hospital environment.\n
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, technicians, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.\n
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and manage emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.\n
- Document all patient interactions accurately and in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.\n
- Utilize your critical thinking skills to prioritize and manage multiple urgent cases simultaneously during your shift.\n
What You Bring:

- Proven experience as an Emergency Room or Emergency Department RN, ideally with recent hospital-based ER/ED exposure.\n
- Strong clinical skills, including trauma care, cardiac emergency management, and pediatric emergencies.\n
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a high-stakes environment.\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals.\n
- Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating or scheduled basis.\n
Preferred Education & Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of ER/ED nursing experience in a hospital setting.\n
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.\n
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as EPIC or Cerner.\n
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and emergency situations rapidly and effectively.\n
