Substance Use Professional

We are looking forSubstance Use Professionals (LCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, CCS) to provide Community Support Team (CST) services in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg County, NC area. $1500 Sign On Bonus. Starting Salary is based on licensure & experience.

CST is designed to work with adults with Mental Illness and Substance Use needs who have complex treatment needs be able to live in the community.

CST is an intensivecommunity-basedrehabilitation team service that provides direct treatment and restorative interventions as well as case management. CST is designed to provide:

1. symptom stability by reducing presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms;
2. restorative interventions for development of interpersonal, community, coping and independent living skills;
3. psychoeducation;
4. first responder intervention to deescalate a crisis; and
5. service coordination and ensure linkage to community services and resources.

Schedule:

• Full Time Position
• Flexible Schedule

Qualifications & Experience:

• A validLCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, or CCS
• Two years of experience working directly with adults with SUD
