Machine Operators

Adecco is HIRING for Machine Operator Helpers in the Darien, WI area.
As a Machine Operator Helper, you will support the machine operator with day-to-day production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and grow your career in manufacturing!

On the job training is provided!

Pay rates starting at $17-$19 based on experience.

1st shift:
Monday- Friday 6:00am- 2:00pm

2nd shift:

Monday- Friday- 3:00pm- 11:00pm

OR
Monday- Thursday 6:00pm- 6:00am

Main Duties:

• Assist with packing products at the high-speed machine

• Help with cutting cores and preparing materials

• Palletize finished goods

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Support other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, moving materials)

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Dependable and punctual

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per week
