This role is responsible for supporting the Service Sales department through administrative, billing, and customer service functions. The position ensures efficient processing of service agreements, invoicing, and contract renewals while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.
Job Description:
The Service Sales Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external customer service while providing administrative and operational support to the Service Sales department. Key responsibilities include:
Managing pre-paid, bill-per-service, and internal invoicing processes
Creating service contract orders and processing renewal agreements, including quotes, invoicing, and cost analysis
Communicating with service agreement customers to ensure satisfaction and clarity on account details
Assisting the Service Sales Manager and Sales Representatives with data entry and system updates
Educating existing and potential customers on the value of Planned Maintenance Agreements and related services
Contributing to the development of strategies that enhance the quality and reach of PMA programs during regular team meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual)
