First California Physician Partners is actively seeking additional OB/GYN physicians to join our growing community-based team in Palm Springs, CA! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive, physician-led environment.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed position
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice
- Robotic surgery capabilities
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Average daily patient census: 20–25 patients
Resources & Facilities
- On-site Laborist team
- On-site neonatologists
- On-site hospitalist pediatricians
- On-Site MFM
- 2 dedicated operating rooms
- 25 labor and deliver rooms
- Level III NICU
- In-office ultrasound
- Clinic location in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligible for California medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $310,000 – $450,000
- Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
