Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. You will utilize tape measures and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification, perform quality checks on all completed windows, and operate table saws and various hand and power tools. The role also involves utilizing carts and material handling equipment to move windows over 50lbs throughout the facility and performing final quality checks on windows before they are prepped for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
- Utilize tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification.
- Perform quality checks on all completed windows.
- Operate table saws and various hand and power tools (table/trim saws, vertical/horizontal sanders, air nailers, etc.).
- Utilize carts and material handling equipment to move windows over 50lbs throughout the facility.
- Perform final quality checks on windows before being prepped for shipment.
- Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
- At least one year of production/manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a quality mindset.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, bend, and work seated for some tasks.
- Willingness to work with other team members to complete job duties.
- Openness to working overtime and some additional hours.
- Experience with finishing, grinding, and using a grinder.
- Familiarity with hand tools, assembly, and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
