Trek Bikes Florida is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-orientedAssistant Buyer (part time) to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to manage and optimize the procurement process for our organization. The primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the timely availability of products, optimizing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, driving cost-effective procurement strategies, and maximizing sales. Duties

Executing Buying Strategy
Pulling and Organizing Reports
Inventory management

Requirements

Align 100% with our DNA Values

Minimum 1 – year working in Ops or Admin role

Minimum 1-year Bicycle retail experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Track record of sweating the small stuff

Adaptable flexible

Strong written and verbal communicator
Be a learner

Nice To Haves

Experience with Ascend POS

Understanding of bicycle maintenance

Into outdoors fitness (cycling, running, kayaking, hiking)

Experience in personal development and/or business coaching (Tony Robbins, Keith Cunningham, Mel Robbins, Grant Cardone, Andy Frisella, Rachel Hollis, Ed Mylett, Rob Dyrdek, Brene Brown, etc.)
