Job Description
The Sales Support Representative is a hybrid role designed to bridge sales and administrative support within Return’s growing sales team. This person will assist with day-to-day sales operations, customer coordination, and internal organization while gradually developing into a full-fledged sales representative over time.
Initially focused on supporting the Sales Manager, Sales Professional and existing client relationships, this role will evolve to include direct sales responsibilities, lead generation, and regional travel.

Position ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Administration
- Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and clients to ensure timely order updates and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate data within Monday spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Assist with documentation, quotes, contracts, and customer follow-up.
- Prepare reports, territory updates, and marketing materials for client meetings and trade shows.
- Provide exceptional client service through clear, timely communication.
- Support Sales Manager with scheduling, travel planning, and sales forecasting tasks.
- Participate in lead generation, client outreach, and product demonstrations alongside the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Attend trade shows and regional events to represent Return and identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to territory planning, pipeline development, and sales goals.
- Develop product knowledge to act as a trusted resource for customers.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–4 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience required.
- Prior experience in agriculture, lawn & garden, horticulture, or similar industries strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Monday preferred).
- Ability to balance detail-oriented administrative work with relationship-building sales activities.
- Professional presence and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn the business.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Growth PathThis role is designed to grow into a Sales Professional position. As responsibilities shift toward client acquisition, sales forecasting, and territory management, compensation and status may transition accordingly.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position; a mix of in office and remote work.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
