What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Residential Manager, you’ll support the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff, and the care of individuals in our programs. You will:

·       Lead and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

·       Assist with daily operations of residential programs, including scheduling, staffing, and team coordination.

·       Support individuals with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills, fostering independence and skill-building.

·       Help manage behavioral challenges with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving strategies.

·       Monitor compliance, documentation, and health & safety protocols, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

·       Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain consistent, high-quality care for all residents.

 

What You’ll Bring

·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

·       Minimum one year of DSP experience (required)

·       Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to support staff and individuals with daily care, mobility, and skill-building
