As a crucial member of our customer service team, you will assist Czech-speaking clients with their inquiries, helping them navigate their travel plans and ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients in making and managing their bookings with a focus on excellent service
• Resolve any issues or concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM systems
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency
• Educate clients about travel options and services available through Booking.com
• Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting customer needs
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is beneficial
