Occupancy Specialist

Full Service Real Estate and Development Company seeking an Occupany Specialist to join their team!

*hours are 8:30am-5:00pm fully in office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Low-Income Section Hud Properties
• Experience with Assisted Senior Living a plus
• Experience as an occupancy specialist or related experience
• Experience with recertification process

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining Logbooks, interviewing applicants, tenant billing and processing rent payments.
• Tenant certification (verifying all income/ assets and or medical expenses) and taking calls from potential applicants and current tenants.
• Must have knowledge of MS, Work, Excel and MS Outlook, and have good organizational skills.
• Liaison with Property Managers, Social Service Coordinators, and tenants.
