Salary : $70,000 - $90,000

What You'll Do as a Staff Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts

• Analyze and reconcile expenditure and revenue accounts

• Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings; track and reconcile monthly A/R

• Assist with annual and mid-year budget preparation

• Support fiscal year-end close and fixed asset accounting

What You Bring as a Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience (preferred)

• Experience with Salesforce a plus

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
