Schedule: MF, 8am 5pm - 3 Clinic days, 1 Surgery day, 1 Admin Day PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes, as appropriate
Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General ENT, sinus surgery, hearing, head and neck conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: Part of comprehensive surgical services department
Trauma Designation: Level III trauma center
EMR System: Paragon Allscripts
Specialty Backup: Full specialty and surgical support within hospital system
Support Staff: 1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, weekend ENT call coverage, 1 FT NP, 2 RN, 4 LPN, 1 PRN PA (surgical assist)
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Medical Director, Surgery Department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive ENT care including evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment
Manage patient consultations and follow-up visits in clinic
Perform ENT surgeries with use of TruDi Sinus Navigation and Olympus Endoscopy Tower
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
