Picture your 2nd shift starting with a quick huddle, a scan of open work orders, and a walk-through of the production floor. A packaging line needs a preventive check, a VFD alarm is flagged for inspection, and facilities has a minor plumbing request. You prioritize, diagnose, repair, and document—keeping people safe and equipment reliable. That’s the impact you’ll have every day.
Role OverviewAs an experienced industrial maintenance professional, you’ll maintain and repair production machinery, facility systems, and automation equipment. Your blend of mechanical and electrical know-how helps prevent downtime, respond to breakdowns, and keep our operation at peak performance.
What You’ll Tackle- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems; perform basic welding and light fabrication as needed.
- Execute preventive and scheduled maintenance across production, packaging, and processing assets.
- Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot new equipment to ensure seamless startup.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to resolve issues quickly and enhance throughput.
- Accurately log work performed, parts used, and hours spent in maintenance records.
- Interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, service documentation, and work orders.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns to restore operations safely and swiftly.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and reinforce a strong safety culture.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Attributes: Skilled mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting, strong problem-solving and time management, safety-first mindset, and the ability to contribute independently and within a team.
