Building Maintenance Worker

What Youll Do:

• Assemble, calibrate, and repair valve actuators and instruments
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues both in-shop and on-site
• Conduct steam surveys, perform Hot-Water heater cleanouts and support system start-ups
• Document measurements and fabrication data
• Provide technical demonstrations and training to customers
• Support warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, and inventory

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass screenings
• Field service or plant equipment experience is a plus

Requirements:

• High School degree; Technical School training, degree, or significant industry experience preferred.
• Positive mental attitude, mechanical aptitude, and basic electrical knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively while representing our company.
• Ability to interpret schematics, dimensional and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, training and safety clearances.
• Valid drivers license

Compensation details: 22-30 Hourly Wage
